• Mengenal pasti, mengejar dan menutup peluang jualan selaras dengan strategi syarikat.
• Menyediakan sebut harga, cadangan dan memastikan ketepatan dalam dokumentasi jualan.
• Sentiasa membuat susulan dengan pelanggan bagi mengeratkan hubungan.
• Pantau status kredit pelanggan dan selaraskan dengan pihak kewangan untuk kutipan segera.
• Menyediakan perkhidmatan dan sokongan selepas jualan bagi memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
• Laporkan maklum balas pelanggan, aktiviti pesaing dan trend pasaran kepada pihak pengurusan.
• Menyertai pameran, pameran perdagangan dan acara pemasaran apabila diperlukan.
• Untuk menyokong dan melaksanakan sepenuhnya ISO 9001 - Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti, ISO 9001:2015 yang berkesan

Kelayakan dan pengalaman yang diperlukan:

• Diploma dalam bidang Jualan, Pemasaran atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang jualan (graduan baharu yang berpotensi tinggi akan dipertimbangkan).
• Ramah, bertenaga, dan fokus kepada pelanggan dengan kemahiran rundingan yang kukuh.
• Boleh berkomunikasi dengan berkesan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin/Kantonis satu kelebihan).
• Celik komputer dengan pengetahuan asas Microsoft Office.
• Bersedia untuk melancong dan bekerja di bawah tekanan untuk mencapai sasaran.

Accounts Executive cum HR

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.

• Preferably with experience in handling full set of accounts.

• Familiar with Autocount accounting software will be an advantage.

• Experience in trading business environment is preferred.

• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Manage and process e-Invoicing in compliance with LHDN requirements.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances, and prepare weekly AR ageing reports.
• Prepare and post accounting entries, journals, and supporting schedules accurately and timely.
• Prepare petty cash claims, staff claims and utility payments.
• Manage bank facilities, banking matters and overseas payments.
• Support overall Finance and Accounting operations and transactions.
• Responsible for accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of management accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Human Resource Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, and unpaid leave deductions
• Manage and maintain employee attendance, leave, and medical leave (MC) records.
• Prepare and issue HR letters and documentation, including warning letters, show cause letters, disciplinary notices, and other employee-related correspondence
• Liaise with government agencies on HR matters.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and assist in preparing and posting job advertisements

• Berhubung bakal pembeli dan aturkan temu janji jualan
• Menyelaras lawatan bilik pameran dan temu janji tapak apabila diperlukan
• Menyediakan sebut harga, borang tempahan dan dokumen jualan
• Jejaki tempahan, kelulusan pinjaman dan kemajuan penandatanganan SPA
• Urus kit jualan
• Menyokong aktiviti pemasaran, pelancaran dan acara jualan
• Mengekalkan rekod pelanggan dan jualan yang tepat dalam sistem dalaman
• Menyelaras dokumentasi dengan pasukan dalaman dan pihak luar
• Melaksanakan tugas pentadbiran am dan ad-hoc seperti yang diarahkan
