JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To conduct services on ground but not limited to servicing, food ordering, reservations, cashiering duties etc
• To undergo trainings for the skill sets of non-supervisory roles to understand and perform the functions
• To undergo trainings for supervisory roles and responsibilities so as to be able to lead and manage both operations and management
• Complete all trainings and acquire the knowledge and skills to perform independently within the targeted timeline up to Assistant Manager
• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld
• Ensuring all policies and procedures of the company are followed accordingly
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager from time to time

• Minimum 1 year working experience in Food & Beverages industry

The Role:

To work closely with Wards nurses in providing a high standard of personalised food service to the patients/lodger during Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Tea break and also Water Services in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines set by Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Also involve in setting up and providing food service for meetings, events and function.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate meal delivery to patients/lodger.
• To provide good F&B service and be attentive to the patient’s needs.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Check all pantry equipment and mise-en-place.
• To immediately report any discrepancies or misconduct within or outside the pantry to the Supervisor.
• Carries out mini bar checks, charges and stock replenishment as instructed by the Senior Butler.
• To assist in any other tasks whenever necessary within the FNB Department.
• Ensure pantry is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
• Adhere to all standards as require by hospital,
• To attend scheduled in-service training and education programs organised by the department.
• Any other duties as assigned by department.
