• To generate s ales and marketing industrial automation and robotic for various industries and proposing solutions to meet customers’ needs.

• Responsible for the delivery of the yearly sales target and day-to-day sales activities.
• Work closely with the internal division , partners, and customers on the project proposal, project execution, and buy off closing
• Perform the preliminary site visit/ discussion to understand the feasibility of a project together with technical team member
• Provide high-level consultation to the partners/ customers on the feasibility of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems for various industrial projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative electrical and control solutions that meet client requirements
• Oversee project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to manage project expectations and address any issues or concerns
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, standards and best practices
• Able to work independently during site cabling installation & testing

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field or equivalent.
• Related working experience will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical and control systems.
• Good command of language; both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, result-oriented and a team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical and control system regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel when needed.
