The Finance Manager is responsible for end-to-end finance and accounts management for a project-driven engineering business.

This is a hands-on role covering financial control, project costing, cashflow management, statutory compliance, and management reporting across Malaysia and Singapore entities.

The role supports Management with commercial insight, risk visibility, and financial discipline, particularly in long‑running projects with imports, logistics, and milestone billing.

1. Financial Operations & Reporting

Job Description

- Install, test, implement and configure systems (include Operating Systems and Application Software) in accordance with specifications and service level requirements, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

- Perform basic administration and check to ensure system is running as expected in terms of performance and security

Job Description:

• In charge of leading and directing projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Responsible for engaging and communicating with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• In charge of ensuring client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as single point of contact to the client
• In charge of ensuring that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Take charge of proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Minimum with 2 years’ relevant work experience in Security Industry
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
