• ITE qualification in Engineering, relevant technical certification, or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Sterilisation Services)
• Experience in CSSD/TSSU or as an Instrument Technical Assistant is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Proficiency in written English for documentation and liaising with English-speaking stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
