Design is at the heart of transforming user experiences. We are seeking a versatile UX Architect who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex design challenges. In this role, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver successful solutions. You will be responsible for mapping a customer’s business problems to scalable and usable applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences. This position also involves overseeing project-level UX engineering activities, with a focus on both pre-sales and delivery.
As a UX Architect, you will engage in meaningful dialogue with business and technology decision-makers, working to develop customer business agility and maximize business value through thoughtful UX design. You will collaborate with developers, UX designers, and business leaders to ensure the user experience strategy aligns with overall project goals and timelines.

In this role, you will stay up-to-date with the latest trends in user experience design, continuously improving design quality and user engagement.
Responsibilities
Facilitates Design Thinking or Envisioning Workshops, guiding teams to brainstorm, ideate, and solve complex design problems collaboratively.
Develops and enables front-end design solutions, technical prototypes, and user interface systems (e.g., controls, animation libraries, utilities).
Acts as a liaison between design and engineering, deepening knowledge of engineering fundamentals (e.g., interpreting designs, writing code, working with source control).
Collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams (e.g., creative, program managers, developers, UX research) to define and iterate on new and existing product features.
Key Accountabilities for this Position Include, But Not Limited to
Experience in leading customer workshops, uncovering opportunities, gathering requirements, and reviewing deliverables.
Experience in closely working with Developers using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Figma and other software development environments.
Experience with all stages of product development - concept, wireframes, design iterations, production and quality assurance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and 10+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security).
Ability to work outside Singapore in regions such as China, South Korea, Taiwan, and Australia, with travel and remote work capability as required.
