Stakeholder & Pre-Sales Support

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and technology landscape

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders

Delivery & Governance

Technology & Best Practices

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices (e.g. cloud, security, DevOps)

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory or security requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, systems design, or senior engineering roles
• Hands-on experience across multiple technology domains such as:
• Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Enterprise applications and middleware
• Infrastructure, networking, and security fundamentals
• Experience designing solutions for enterprise or government customers is an advantage
• Strong documentation skills, including architecture diagrams and solution design documents

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions across enterprise environments.

This role combines practical, build-and-deliver execution with solution architecture and technical leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering AI use cases, guiding a growing AI engineering team, and supporting client engagements, while contributing to the evolution of our AI and software capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Solution Delivery (Primary Focus)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from proof-of-concept (POC) to production deployment

• Work hands-on with platforms and related AI technologies

• Translate business use cases into practical, implementable AI solutions

• Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and operational readiness

2. Solution Architecture

• Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems (e.g. OSS/BSS, system integrations)

• Evaluate architectural trade-offs and propose scalable, maintainable designs

• Contribute to the solution strategy and technical direction for AI initiatives

3. Technical Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and guide the AI team, particularly junior engineers

• Establish and reinforce best practices (e.g. CI/CD, code quality, delivery discipline)

• Provide hands-on mentorship while maintaining active involvement in delivery work

4. Presales & Client Engagement

• Support presales activities, including:

  • Technical proposals

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in:

  • Hands-on AI/ML solution development and deployment

  • System architecture and enterprise solution design

• Strong programming and engineering capabilities (e.g. Python, APIs, system integration)

• Experience working with AI platforms, data pipelines, or enterprise systems

• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on delivery with technical leadership responsibilities
