Lico Resources is partnering with a fast-growing global enterprise software organisation with a strong and expanding presence across APAC region. With a broad portfolio spanning cybersecurity, application modernisation, and data solutions, this organisation counts leading financial institutions among its most strategic accounts. We are seeking a driven and commercially sharp Sales Director to take ownership of a high-value portfolio of key accounts across the region.
The Role
This is a senior individual contributor role at the heart of the organisation's ASEAN revenue engine. You will own a portfolio of key accounts — primarily in banking and financial services — driving both retention and growth through deep relationship management and solution-led selling. You will work closely with pre-sales architects and product specialists, and will be expected to operate with the autonomy and entrepreneurial drive of a true business owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic BFSI accounts across Singapore and ASEAN, managing the full sales cycle from pipeline development to contract closure
- Build and sustain senior-level relationships across economic buyers, CXOs, procurement and renewal stakeholders
- Develop and execute account strategies that align the organisation's cybersecurity, application, and data solutions to client priorities
- Drive both existing account expansion and new logo acquisition across the region
- Construct compelling, commercially sound proposals and lead negotiations through to profitable close
- Identify and develop strategic alliances with third-party influencers and channel partners
- Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline through the CRM system and manage forecasting in line with business linearity
- Collaborate with business development, pre-sales, and marketing to generate and qualify new opportunities
- Stay ahead of industry trends in BFSI to inform and sharpen your commercial approach
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales, with a demonstrable track record as a consistent top performer
- Deep existing relationships within the BFSI sector across Singapore and ASEAN — this is essential; candidates without BFSI networks will need to demonstrate exceptional compensating capabilities
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and/or enterprise application solutions; a background in selling to banks and financial institutions is highly valued
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICCR or equivalent qualification frameworks)
- Excellent communicator — articulate, persuasive, and comfortable engaging at C-suite level
- Hunter mentality with an account management foundation — you build relationships and you close deals
- Energetic, passionate, and genuinely motivated by growth — this role rewards those who take initiative
- Stable career history; no frequent job moves
- Singapore Citizens and PRs preferred
- Degree-qualified or equivalent
