• To Assist and carry out general administration and office operation functions at the project site.
• To coordinate between the project site and HQ office.
• To manage document control such as filing, scanning, general paperwork, etc.
• Assists in the preparation and compilation of weekly/monthly reports;
• Attend site meeting and verify progress report.
• Assists in the recording of meeting file notes and minutes, 
• Defects data entry and tracking
• Compiles defects report for CCM and management meetings.
• To carry out quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details.
• Supervise, monitor and coordinate all daily site activities and adhere to document control procedure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including approvals, work progress, inspection reports, drawings and other related documentation.
• Any others assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum SPM.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate (MS Office & MS Excel).

Key Responsibilities

• Work at Construction Site
• Supervise flooring installation works (Flat Floor, Super flat Floor)
• Ensure all works are carried out according to technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
• Supervise site workforce including general workers.
• Monitor material requirements, site preparation, and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
• Resolve technical issues on site and report directly to the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction or finishing works (preferred).
• Good technical knowledge of flooring systems is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently and troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites based on schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Full-time on safety supervision and on promoting the safe conduct of work generally within the site
2. Ensure that the provisions of the Act and any regulations made thereunder are complied with;
3. Promote the safe conduct of work generally within the worksite;
4. Inspecting and rectifying any unsafe place of work;
5. Correcting any unsafe practice;
6. Checking sub-constructors' workplace to ensure compliance with the Act and the regulations made thereunder;
7. To play a role in monitoring and enforcing safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all site personnel, promptly reporting and addressing any safety concerns or incidents.
8. Prepare Safety and Health report and documents to main contractor SHE officer.
9. To liaise with contractor's safety supervisors appointed with respect to safety of work undertaken by sub-contractors.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess a valid Yellow Book Certificate.
2. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field.
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills with the ability to represent the company professionally to stakeholders and business partners.
5. Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate site activities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The Site Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all construction activities are carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company HSE standards. The role involves supervising on-site operations, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a safety-first culture throughout the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work at Construction Site
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and relevant legislation.
• Implement and enforce safety plans, risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
• Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk control audits.
• Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings for all workers and staffs
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote proper use of PPE and ensure workers are trained in safe work practices.
• Liaise with construction management, main-contractors, and safety officers to address safety issues and implement improvements.
• Participate in emergency drills and ensure that firefighting and first aid equipment is maintained and accessible.
• Maintain all safety records, inspection checklists, and reports for audit and compliance purposes.

• Prepare and monitor project/site costing.
• Analyze project costs and identify cost variances.
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
