Job Descriptions:

• To Assist and carry out general administration and office operation functions at the project site.
• To coordinate between the project site and HQ office.
• To manage document control such as filing, scanning, general paperwork, etc.
• Assists in the preparation and compilation of weekly/monthly reports;
• Attend site meeting and verify progress report.
• Assists in the recording of meeting file notes and minutes, 
• Defects data entry and tracking
• Compiles defects report for CCM and management meetings.
• To carry out quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details.
• Supervise, monitor and coordinate all daily site activities and adhere to document control procedure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including approvals, work progress, inspection reports, drawings and other related documentation.
• Any others assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum SPM.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate (MS Office & MS Excel).

• Experience in the supervision and coordination of construction activities - landed residential project. Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

POSITION SUMMARY:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to drive market expansion and manage technical relationships. The successful candidate will blend engineering expertise with commercial acumen to promote Himel industrial automation components, variable speed drives (VSDs), and electrical components to panel builders, system integrators, factory end-users, and OEMs across Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Business Development: Identify and establish new client accounts (system integrators, M&E contractors and panel builders) to achieve company sales targets.
• Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements, troubleshoot systems, and recommend optimal Himel Variable Speed Drives (VSD) and automation solutions.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical presentations, product testing, and live demos showcasing the reliability and cost-efficiency of our product lineup.
• Account Management: Maintain and nurture robust relationships with existing key clients, proactively offering upselling or cross-selling support.
• Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare commercial quotations, formal sales proposals, and answer client requests for information (RFIs) efficiently.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local industrial automation trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:-

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in indoor/outdoor technical sales, specifically within the electrical products, switchgear, or industrial automation sector.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Variable Speed Drives (VSD / Inverters), PLCs, low-voltage protection components, or industrial drivers is highly advantageous.
• Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin/Chinese dialects is an added advantage for local client management.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid Malaysian driving license and own transport, with a willingness to travel for client site visits.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, confident presentation skills, and a self-driven, result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities and Authorities:
1. Handling of quality complaints, ensure they are resolve satisfactorily with necessary counter measures taken to prevent recurrence
2. Analysis quality problem found by QC Inspectors and interacting with other departments on problem resolution
3. Recommend quality improvement actions
4. Perform routine site inspections & quality reporting ( Certificate ) to customer
5. Perform Lab analysis
6. Authorized in Inspection & Test Plan at production 
7. Authorized to train QC base on Inspection & Test Plan and Quality Control Work Instruction
8. Authorized to reject, on-hold the material in various production stage
9. To ensure equipment are comply to calibration process and keep track on the validity period
10. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Awareness & Interpretation
 
Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):
1. Candidate must posess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering / Chemical or its equivalent
2. 2 years of working experience in Quality Syatem
