What you will do

• Promote key products of the company by detailing the features, advantages, benefits & unique selling points of company’s products
• Deliver sales targets and distribution objectives for assigned portfolio/channel
• Work closely with hospital stakeholders to list products into hospitals
• Report on sales and business performance for aligned portfolio/channel which includes providing updates on competitor activity
• Execute clear and effective call reports, and meet business KPIs as will be defined from time to time
• Actively build and maintain current and potential customer relationships
• Act as the first point of contact for aligned customers
• Provide feedback to managers regarding customers, markets and product performance/issues

MerchantSpring is building a dedicated commercial division focused on selling to brands and vendors across e-commerce marketplaces. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who is skilled in outbound prospecting and enjoys a high degree of ownership.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership and our Account Executive to build the outbound engine for this market and shape how MerchantSpring sells to brands and vendors globally.

• Proven SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience.

• Strong cold outreach skills across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

• Experience using Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales prospecting tools.
• Excellent written communication to write clear, relevant outbound messages.
• Confidence using AI tools or automation to improve productivity and results.
• Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail.
• Business-fluent English to communicate with clients across the USA, Europe, and APAC.
• Eligible to work in Malaysia.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience working with e-commerce brands, vendors, marketplaces, agencies, or related technology, or an understanding of such ecosystems.
  An interest in SaaS, data products, brands, vendors, and the above relevant fields.
• Experience in mentoring or growing SDR teams.
• Entrepreneurial experience is a bonus, particularly for e-commerce, though not required.

As an Inbound Sales Representative, SME & Growth, you’ll join our fast-growing and dynamic team to drive Airwallex’s future growth engine across Southeast Asia. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales funnel of SME leads in Indonesia - from prospecting, qualifying, pitching, onboarding, to activating new clients across Indonesia. Minimum qualifications:

• Local market knowledge as this role will be supporting clients based in Indonesia: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) to interact with Indonesia based clients.
• Familiar with local business culture and the Indonesia business landscape.
• Driven, resilient, and willing to put in the hard work needed to achieve your KPIs.
• Comfortable in calling 40 leads a day, or more, to ensure coverage across leads assigned to you.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a great communicator on the phone and via email to Indonesia-based clients.
• Experienced in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders succinctly and confidently.
