Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and liaise with suppliers to obtain quality products and services at competitive prices.
• Process RFQs, review quotations, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner and follow up on order status and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure sufficient stock for operational and project requirements.
• Verify supplier invoices against supporting documents (PR, PO, DO) and submit approved invoices to Finance for payment processing.
• Coordinate logistics, shipment arrangements, and delivery of goods from local and overseas suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation in compliance with company procedures and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the Construction or Engineering industry.
• Good understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and procurement-related systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including preparation of quotations and responding to customer and client enquiries
• Coordinate and process orders from business clients, ensuring accurate communication with the kitchen team
• Manage purchasing of ingredients, packaging, and inventory from approved suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers on orders, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Receive incoming goods, perform basic quantity and quality checks, and ensure proper storage in accordance with food safety standards
• Maintain proper documentation for ISO/HACCP and Halal certification compliance
• Assist with processing delivery orders, invoices, and basic record-keeping

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Able to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable handling purchasing, coordination, and operational tasks
• Able to commit to a 5-day work week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workday, is comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will play an important part in sourcing goods and services, managing vendor coordination, and supporting essential administrative and finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Source competitive quotations from vendors and contractors to support departmental requirements.
• Coordinate RFQs, site meetings, and delivery arrangements with vendors, contractors, and requestors.
• Negotiate pricing to achieve the best possible value.
• Manage daily outgoing mail franking, courier arrangements, and related reporting.
• Oversee monthly SOA franking, franking machine credit top-ups, and standard beverage stock replenishment.
• Handle phone bill verification, telephone directory updates, and courier coordination for urgent dispatches.
• Support Finance with GL code verification, asset tagging, asset audits, and follow-up on late or missing invoices.

Requirements

• This role consist of around 70 percent purchasing work and 30 percent administrative work.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• 5-day work week, Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm or 8:30am to 5:45pm.
• Shuttle bus service provided from Tanah Merah MRT Station.
