Job Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage of all aspect of utilities coordination related works.

As our Software Engineer, we know you’ll be doing significant learning on the job. That said, we’re hoping you’ll bring:

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience in multiple object-oriented and/or functional programming languages. We’re language-agnostic in our hiring, but have JavaScript/Node, Rails, Python and others in our ecosystem stack
• A strong sense of what it takes to build a scalable, secure and cloud-native application architecture
• Able to choose the right coding pattern for the job, including around building easily testable code (if not via pure TDD, at least leveraging those principles)
• Good experience with source control systems like Github or Bitbucket, and how they work within a team
• Strong code review habits, leading by example on being proactive and constructive with comments and conversations among your peers
• Excellent knowledge data modeling in both relational and non-relational databases
• Good familiarity with service-oriented architectures and API-driven system design

Job Description & Requirements

Experience required

· Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.

· Supervise the direct workers and to give instruction to the sub-contractors.Coordinate with land

surveyors and sub-contractors on all setting out works.

· Liaise with QP(S) representative regarding standard of workmanship. To check if the works are

carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of

general quality control.

· Liaise with QP(S) representative for inspection of site works.

· Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.

· Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.

· Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.

· Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.

· Follow up and implement logistic planning set out by Planning Manager

· Work as purchaser to source for supplier, issue PO and prepare supplier payment application

Qualification requirements or equivalent

· Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.

Job Description

· Plan, organize, supervise and liaise closely with operation team and sub-contractors on all lifting activities.

· Overall in-charge for preparing lifting and erection plan for all the Gantry Cranes.

· Prepare, develop and review Lifting plans, Method Statement, Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure of all subcontractor for any lifting activities.

· Conduct routine checks and inspections on work site to ensure compliance with authorities and client’s requirements.

· Daily walk about around assign areas of site and make a note of compliance and non-compliance to HSE operating procedure.

· Able to prepare and review lifting plan and coordinate site lifting supervisors, riggers and signalman, and being the focal point for all site lifting operations Perform discipline checks of the procedures and analysis. Read project specifications and provide feedback from an engineering perspective. Liaise with clients, and subcontractors

Job Requirements:

Minimum five (5) years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognized Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least three (3) years of experience in the construction supervision of building project.

The Lifting Engineer shall manage all heavy lifting of construction materials, including ensuring concreting works are safely carried out In compliance with the Rapid Transit System Regulations, and no lifting works shall pose safety risks to operating railway at all times.

Must have a Lifting Engineer certificate from The Institute of Engineers Singapore, 5-Day Course for Appointed Person - Lifting Operations

· Participate in technical discussions and meetings related to AI-RAN Alliance, 3GPP, O-RAN, and other relevant industry organizations.

· Track the latest technological developments in AI-RAN, 6G, and wireless communications.

AI-RAN Core Algorithm Research and Development

· Lead the research, design, and development of core AI-RAN algorithms.

Technology Strategy and Product Delivery

· Contribute to technology roadmap planning and drive the commercialization and deployment of innovative solutions.

Cross-Functional and Customer Collaboration

· Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external customers to deliver technical solutions.

Patent Development and Advanced Research

· Conduct forward-looking technology research and contribute to patent applications and intellectual property development.

Qualifications

· Solid foundation in wireless communications and algorithm development, with strong knowledge of 4G/5G NR, 3GPP specifications, and O-RAN architecture.

· Familiarity with AI technologies, including machine learning and deep learning.

· Strong technical innovation capability and system architecture design skills.

· Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to participate in international technical exchanges and standardization activities.

· Experience with telecom operators, network equipment vendors, or the telecommunications industry is preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in related fields.

1. Plan, design and construction management of Mechanical services for all types of building projects.
2. Mechanical services include Air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, fire protection system, sanitary, plumbing, gas and swimming pool filtration systems.
3. Provide support in project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts.
