Responsibilities

a. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the following systems and equipment:

·        Solar Energy System

·        Natural Gas System

·        Gas System

·        Electrical Supply

·        Silo Weighing System

·        Generator

·        Lift/Elevator

b. Ensure continuous and safe electrical supply maintenance to the factory to support uninterrupted operations.

c. Maintain the Gas and Natural Gas Systems in accordance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

d. Perform installation of electrical supply to machinery and equipment, adhering to technical and safety standards.

e. Provide training to newly recruited personnel on operational and maintenance procedures.

f. Conduct training on the operation of new machinery and safety guidelines for Production and Packing Operators.

g. Responsible for accurately recording the Daily Maintenance Check Sheets and Daily Factory Maintenance Reports in a timely and organized manner.

h. Implement relevant processes and work practices to ensure full compliance with HACCP requirements and FSSC 22000 Version 6.0 standards related to maintenance and food safety.

Compliance

•Ensure processes and practices comply with ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 17025 to the

compliance to ISO.

•Ensure processes and practices comply with Local regulations such as DOSH and DOE requirements.

•Act as an internal auditor, carry out internal check on all department from time to time. Document all

finding(s) and follow up with responsible parties.

•Perform audit on suppliers and vendor together with subject matter experts and supply chain. Provide

recommendation report based on the audit finding(s).

Quality

•Carry out calibration program for all QC equipment from prompting operation team for calibration, liaise with calibration service provider, to record keeping of QC equipment.

•Create and review Inspection Test Plan in accordance to the agreed/ project specific Application Procedure Specification.

•Customer Key contact person for Quality related enquiry

•Coordinator of Non-Conformance Report and Root Cause Analysis

•Prepare and issue Certificate of Conformity, Material Record Book, and other related document to

complete the documentation for client.

•Enforce and comply to all quality requirements.

•Understanding test requirement to relevant material in specified ISO.

HSE

•Coordinator of HSE investigation.

•With the help from Subject Matter Expert, perform Risk Assessment, HIRARC, and EAIA.

•Enforce and comply to all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.

Document Control

•Control the revision of company document.

•To control distribution of document to internal and external parties.

Other duties as assigned.

1) Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday (8.00 am – 5.33 pm)
