Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team. This role primarily communicates with customers through email, ensuring product requirements are accurately understood and efficiently implemented. What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Communication & Order Management
