You will administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail systems, manage IT infrastructure, and coordinate vendor and project activities to ensure seamless ERP and retail system operations aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

ERP & Retail System Support

• Administer and provide first and second-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail to resolve system issues efficiently
• Customize and configure Business Central reports and workflows to meet evolving business requirements
• Monitor ERP and POS system performance to identify and troubleshoot technical problems promptly
• Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, patches, and new module rollouts to maintain optimal functionality
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and retail teams to align ERP capabilities with business processes

Infrastructure Support

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud environments (e.g., Azure), and security tools to ensure IT infrastructure stability
• Monitor system backups and coordinate disaster recovery testing with hosting vendors to safeguard data integrity
• Assist in deploying new hardware, software, and network technologies to support business growth
• Respond to security alerts and enforce data protection compliance to maintain system security
• Coordinate and assist in Atrium POS setup to support retail operations

Project & Vendor Management

• Participate in cross-functional IT and digital transformation projects to drive business innovation
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for software implementation, support, and license management to ensure service continuity
• Document systems, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and user adoption
• Compile and present data in tables, graphs, and written reports to support decision-making
• Update data and generate reports to maintain accurate business information
• Perform administrative tasks including data input, documentation preparation, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements to support team efficiency
• Provide support for ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet dynamic business needs
