職責：為員工提供基本的IT支援。協助設定電腦、印表機和其他設備。排除簡單的硬體和軟體故障。協助維護IT設備和庫存記錄。支援系統更新、安裝和資料備份活動。協助處理文件和行政IT任務。執行資訊科技部門指派的其他任務。要求：目前正在攻讀資訊科技、電腦科學或相關領域的文憑或學位。具備電腦硬體、軟體和網路方面的基礎知識。良好的問題解決能力和溝通能力。樂於學習，並能在團隊環境中工作。
