Responsibilities and Duties

Global Office IT Support

• Provide senior-level IT support for global offices, ensuring efficient and smooth IT operations across all locations.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent

IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will report to our Manager, IT, responsible for providing IT support and systems trouble-shooting, network management and maintenance of network and e-communications systems.

Responsibilities:

Job Description & Requirements:

Test Program Manager will work closely with the respective stakeholders across the organisation to drive testing Projects which is aligned to organisation's transformation strategy.

Reporting to the Digital Domain Lead, the candidate will ensure the overall successful delivery of all testing services for Cross Border Payments + NPS Enhancements and upgrade Project, change requests and production fixes under Digital domain suite of applications.

The candidate is also expected to manage and ensure the successful delivery of testing services provided by organisation's appointed test service providers, and in accordance with the organization’s standards and processes.

·        Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects of Digital domain applications.

·        Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing.

·        Works with the testing service providers and other client stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery.

·        Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits.

·        Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored in to the plan.

·        Engages with various client stakeholders(including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business), testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the banks’ objectives and demand.

·        Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by client stakeholders, testing service providers.

·        Quantify, manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable.

·        Drive and collaborate with all client stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable.

·        Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.

·        Works closely with the Test Engineering Lead to provide inputs around domain specific test engineering requirements and ensure that they are met.

·        Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for the respective domains.

Engages stakeholder communities to get their feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities to be fed back to the Test CoE team.

Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.

·        Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 to 15 years relevant experience in large and complex organization's preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing.

·        Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.

·        Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.

·        A proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services.

·        Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services.

·        Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers.

·        Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams.

·        Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.

·        Excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.

·       Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, ISTBQ and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness will be preferred.

• Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects in Banking and Finance domain.
• Strong domain knowledge in Digital Domain. Experience in managing testing one or more areas of these domains will be an advantage.
• Experience in various testing tool suites like Tosca, Selenium, Appium, JIRA, Query Surge, LoadRunner/Performance Centre.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Analyst to support the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.

The role requires strong experience in IT project coordination, PMO governance, budgeting, procurement, stakeholder management, and reporting, with a focus on driving operational excellence across technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end IT project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project governance.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and status reporting across multiple initiatives.
• Assist in project budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, and resource planning activities.
• Manage project resource onboarding and offboarding while maintaining accurate resource and capacity trackers.
• Support procurement processes, including Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Statement of Work (SOW) reviews, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Monitor project risks, issues, action items, and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare project dashboards, management reports, presentations, and governance documentation.
• Maintain project documentation, SharePoint repositories, and reporting trackers to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, finance, procurement, and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.

Must Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, or Project Analyst roles supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
3. Mandatory experience in managing or supporting Unified Communications (UC) projects, including project coordination, governance, vendor management, and budget tracking.
4. Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, procurement (PR/PO & SOW), budget management, and project reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a banking or financial services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with SharePoint and project tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
