We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on AI Engineer /Agentic AI Builder to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of autonomous, agentic AI workflows across our Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) operations. In this role, you will be a core builder—leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, and modern AI APIs. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience/portfolio of built AI projects).
• Experience: at least 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, python programming, or AI prototype development.
• Agentic AI& LLM Familiarity: Practical experience setting up AI tools, writing effective system prompts, and utilizing LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for tool-calling or multi-step execution.

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing building projects by planning and ensuring work is executed according to the master program. Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site coordination issues, contributing to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project activities to align with the master schedule, ensuring timely completion of project milestones
• Collaborate with consultants to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues impacting project progress and quality
• Coordinate with subcontractors on site to address operational challenges and integrate workflows for seamless execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with the project team to maintain continuous and efficient project delivery
• Support the Project Manager by managing project workflows and facilitating clear, effective communication among all stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in building projects
