Ability to work independently or in a team.
Work well under pressure and highly motivated
Must be hard-working, proactive & sales orientated
Results-oriented and outgoing sales personnel with high active in social media.
Possess own transport.
Willing to be on duty on weekends and public holiday.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Attend to all sales inquiries, provide property information, and handle after-sales services, including loan applications.
Support direct marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and project launches to promote projects and generate leads.
To arrange and accompany customer for viewing.
Identify potential buyers, generating leads, engaging with prospects, demonstrating product features, negotiating and closing of sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers.
Perform other duties assigned from time to time
