This role is in Tax Regulatory Services Team, which executes a suite of processes supporting the bank on fulfilment of due-diligence requirements under Common Reporting Standard (“CRS”) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”).

Main Responsibilities
·      Responsible for timely execution and fulfillment BAU processes; Change in Circumstances (“CIC”) FO outreach/monitoring, Relationship Manager Inquiry Exercise (“RMI”), CRS & FATCA Annual Internal Classification, CRS & FATCA Annual Mass Mailing Client Outreach and Discretionary Trust Distribution monitoring processes.
·      Partnership with various stakeholders such as Front Office, Tech team, Scanning and Mailing teams in supporting above-mentioned processes.
·      Accountable to manage and support day-to-day BOSCOS CIC workflow.
·      Co-ordinate with COLM and CA teams to ensure completion of closed account CRS valid self cert and QI DTT update.
·      Plan and execute annual processes runbooks andliaise with stakeholders on exception or changes that may arise to ensurenecessary tasks are well executed.
·      Perform assessment on above-mentioned processes pre-reporting and consolidating requirements to facilitate regulatory obligations.
·      Address queries and feedback from various stakeholders.
·      Assessment and analysis of regulatory changes/new regulatory requirements on operational impact to the processes and its subsequent implementation.
·      Participate in projects that may impact FATCA and CRS reporting which include performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing as well as regression system testing requirement.
·      Review existing processes to identify potential area of improvement, process streamlining, risk and deviation to achieve control management and processes standardization.
·      Prepare management information updates to Head of Department on a weekly basis.
·      Other ad hoc requirements.
Work Experience & Education Qualification
·      Preferably university degree in finance or accounting.
·      3 years of experience in banking/financial institution.
·      Experience in FATCA, QI and CRS processes and tax reporting related will be an added advantage.
·      Excellent time management skill and interpersonal skill.
·      Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
·      Exhibit an appreciation of the risk impact of actions undertaken, with a good risk and control perspective.

JOB SCOPE:

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review and ensure the end-to-end system & process delivery and testing
2) Implement and support digital customer journeys to further improve both customer and employee experience in bank
3) Work with regional country and functional teams to design, re-engineer the process, as well as implement operation solutions
4) Ensure the smooth operational rollout

Job roles and responsibilities
1) Re-engineer the end-to-end process, analyse and review operations solutions
2) Implement automation agenda to transform consumer banking operations
3) To conduct requirement gathering workshop, Review and documenting requirements artefacts
4) To review functional specifications and process define documents
5) Coordinate and ensures UAT test plans and test case are executed within UAT schedule
6) Post-production support, production issues review and track them to closure
7) Work closely with regional teams and country teams to ensure timely delivery of project

Skillsets (Good to have)

At least 3 years experiences in systems development and / or business process improvement initiatives. Preferably with project life cycle experience in Financial Services Industry in the following areas:
1. Consumer Banking Operations
2. Customer Centre
3. Wealth / Loan / CASA product knowledge
4. Education : Bachelor / Diploma Degree holder

We are looking for a System Support Analyst for one of our clients in the commodities sector, and your scope is as follows:

Role & responsibilities:

• Respond to all issues, making sure they are progressed effectively within any defined service levels
• To provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support at the required service levels for all IT solutions that are hosted or managed by an external vendor, with the technical support strategy covering all in-house and vendor-purchased systems in use by the business
• Take ownership and deliver on key projects across the team to ensure continual improvement of service provided
• Constantly providing updates to the knowledge base and documenting new processes
• Work with other internal support groups and vendors of 3rd party systems in order to resolve issues with the implementation or operation of systems and services
• Monitoring business-critical processes and systems
• Where projects are initiated, as required, provide support and assistance in the coordination of activities or management of a third party to deliver developments for that project
• Ensure that deployments are implemented in accordance with the Release and Deployment procedures
• Feed change requests into the weekly CCB for approval and organise implementation where required.

Technical skills & expertise:

• Experience of working in a pressurised, fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in providing quality customer service
• Proven experience in delivering projects with desired results to deadlines
• Strong understanding of Windows 7/10 and Active Directory, Intune, Office 365
• Experience of working with and troubleshooting issues related to MS Office Suites, including Exchange client support
• Must have hands-on experience with Servers, network equipment and network cabling for the role.
• MCSE or significant experience working with Microsoft Operating Systems and applications is required.
• Exposure to Citrix and Mobile Device Management would be preferable
• ITIL – Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management is preferred
