Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Design & Visualization

Prepare and develop high-quality 3D drawings and visualizations for the exterior façade based on project requirements.

Assist in developing design concepts and presentation visuals.

2. 2D Drawings Support (as and when required by management, and not on a daily or frequent basis.)

Produce and assist in 2D drawings using AutoCAD, including layout plans.

3. Project Coordination (as and when required by management, and not on a daily or frequent basis.

Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure design alignment with project specifications.

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Assist in the preparation of presentation and reports for client meetings. (as and when required by management, and not on a daily or frequent basis.)

Prepare presentation slides, videos, and 3D for proposals.

Present design ideas and proposals confidently in English.

4. Site & Progress Monitoring: Attend site visits as and when required by man agement, and not on a daily or frequent basis.

Attend site visits when required to monitor progress, verify design implementation, and gather site information.

Prepare monthly site reports for progress meetings.

Prepare monthly progress reports on design and project development status.

Willing to travel outstation as required.

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record keeping of drawings and project-related documents.

Provide general administrative support related to project and design matters.

1. Reka Bentuk & Visualisasi 3D

Menyediakan dan membangunkan lukisan dan visualisasi 3D berkualiti tinggi untuk bahagian hadapan luaran berdasarkan keperluan projek.

Membantu dalam membangunkan konsep reka bentuk dan visual persembahan.

2. Sokongan Lukisan 2D (apabila diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan, dan bukan setiap hari atau kerap.)

Menghasilkan dan membantu dalam lukisan 2D menggunakan AutoCAD, termasuk pelan susun atur.

3. Penyelarasan Projek (apabila dan apabila diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan, dan bukan secara harian atau kerap.

Menyelaras dengan pasukan dalaman dan perunding untuk memastikan keselarasan reka bentuk dengan spesifikasi projek.

Menghadiri mesyuarat dengan pelanggan, perunding dan pasukan dalaman.

Membantu dalam penyediaan pembentangan dan laporan untuk mesyuarat pelanggan. (apabila diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan, dan bukan setiap hari atau kerap.)

Menghadiri lawatan tapak apabila diperlukan untuk memantau kemajuan, mengesahkan pelaksanaan reka bentuk dan mengumpulkan maklumat tapak.

Menyediakan laporan bulanan tapak untuk mesyuarat kemajuan.

Menyediakan laporan kemajuan bulanan mengenai status reka bentuk dan pembangunan projek.

Bersedia untuk melancong ke luar bandar jika diperlukan.

Memastikan dokumentasi, pemfailan dan penyimpanan rekod lukisan dan dokumen berkaitan projek yang betul.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Rigger to join our team. In this role, you will help bring characters and creatures to life by creating robust, flexible, and animator-friendly rigs that perform reliably in a production environment. You will collaborate closely with animators, technical artists, and engineers to ensure high-quality deformation, usability, and performance across both DCC tools and the game engine.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of art and technology, has strong troubleshooting instincts, and is passionate about building high-quality character rigs for AAA games.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and optimize production-ready character and creature rigs in Maya and Unreal Engine (Control Rig).
• Develop animation-friendly rig controls that support a wide range of motion, performance capture, and gameplay needs.
• Collaborate closely with animators to improve rig usability, address deformation or animation issues, and iterate based on feedback.
• Work with technical artists and engineers to ensure rigs integrate smoothly into the game pipeline and runtime environment.
• Learn and operate within the studio’s proprietary rigging systems, tools, and pipelines, contributing improvements where appropriate.
• Debug and resolve rigging, deformation, and performance issues throughout development.
• Support additional 3D art and technical tasks as needed, including skinning, mesh preparation, minor modelling adjustments, and assisting with animation or engine integration workflows.
• Support polish and refinement phases to ensure rigs meet AAA quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation,Computer Graphics, Game Art, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong proficiency in Maya rigging, including IK/FK systems, constraints, skinning, deformation techniques, and space switching.
• Solid understanding of character anatomy, motion, and deformation principles.
• Proven hands-on experience with Unreal Engine Control Rig, including building, debugging, and maintaining complex rigs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical and artistic issues efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Attributes:

• Python scripting experience in Maya for tooling, automation, or pipeline improvements.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine Blueprints, particularly for animation or rig-related workflows.
• Additional 3D experience such as modelling, skinning, or basic animation.
