Job Summary:

This position is responsible for handling daily legal and compliance activities, including document review, legal research, and corporate governance. It plays a crucial role in supporting the Legal & Compliance department in managing the company’s legal and regulatory obligations globally.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and requirements, legal compliance, and international standards.
• Assist in matters related to the establishment of cross-border subsidiaries, including the preparation of incorporation documents and liaison with external company formation agencies.
• Assist in handling other matters assigned by the Legal Manager.

Requirements / Professional Skills:

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate commercial law acquired in-house or in a law firm
• Able to work independently and be a team player
• Good written and spoken English to effectively communicate with international affiliates and business partners
• Able to maintain confidentiality on all legal and corporate secretarial matters

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Singapore. The role will focus on day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing, and preparation of consolidated financial reports across multiple entities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Xero and possess a solid understanding of SFRS, with some familiarity with US GAAP preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for Singapore and overseas entities, including data entry, journal posting, and reconciliations.

• Proficient in the Oracle NetSuite ERP system, with hands-on experience in implementation and optimisation
  
• Perform monthly closing, prepare trial balances, and assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  
• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  
• Prepare and maintain supporting schedules for key balance sheet and P&L accounts.
  
• Assist in generating monthly management reports and financial summaries.
  
• Ensure all financial information is timely, consistent, and aligned with reporting standards
  
• Support basic financial analysis, including revenue, expense, and variance analysis.
  
• Provide insights to support management’s financial decision-making.
  
• Ensure compliance with SFRS and internal accounting policies.
  
• Demonstrate understanding of US GAAP to support future cross-border reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience; prior exposure to multinational environments preferred.

Job Summary:
The Sales VP is responsible for leading and driving the sales team of our computation power service company to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker, an excellent leader, and a results-oriented professional who can develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain high-level client relationships, and manage the overall sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

1. Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and market trends. Set clear sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team.
2. Analyze market data, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and growth areas. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
3. Oversee the implementation of sales strategies, ensuring that all sales activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team against established targets and make timely adjustments to improve performance.

Team Leadership and Management:

1. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
2. Set clear goals and expectations for the sales team, and establish a performance management system to track and evaluate individual and team performance. Provide regular feedback and rewards to motivate and retain top talent.
3. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the sales department. Encourage teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation to drive continuous improvement in sales performance.

Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C - level executives and decision - makers. Understand their business needs, pain points, and strategic objectives, and provide customized solutions using our computation power services.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high - level customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively address client concerns and issues, and work closely with other departments (such as technical support and operations) to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, and develop strategies to increase client lifetime value.

Sales Process Management:

1. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Ensure that all sales activities are in line with the company's sales methodology and best practices.
2. Review and approve sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and profitability targets. Negotiate complex deals with clients to achieve favorable terms for the company.
3. Use market data to analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the sales process.

Sales Event and Campaign Leadership:

1. Plan and execute large-scale sales events, such as major product launches, industry conferences, and high-profile promotional campaigns. Coordinate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure the success of these events.
2. Set goals and strategies for sales events and campaigns, and track their effectiveness in generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales. Use the insights gained from these events to refine future sales and marketing strategies.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

1. Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies. Provide input on market research, product positioning, and marketing collateral to ensure that marketing efforts support sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education: A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A bachelor's degree with extensive relevant work experience will also be considered.
2. Experience: At least over 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the technology or computation power services industry is highly desirable. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and leading a sales team. Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing sales teams.
