About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organized workplace. This role requires someone resourceful, hands-on, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, temporary accommodations, and visa/work permit applications
- Administer office security access (door access system, access cards, after-hours support)
- Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and overall workspace upkeep
- Ensure a clean, organized, and comfortable office environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry inventory
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and visitor reception
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Coordinate meetings, events, town halls, and other office activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Strong understanding of office management processes and policies
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, adaptable, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel – VLOOKUP, IF formulas, Pivot Tables; PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
