Job Responsibilities:
Content Development & Channel Growth

• Plan, create, and publish a minimum of four content pieces weekly to sustain and expand engagement across alternate labour movement–based social media channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy to drive reach and audience growth.

Podcast Logistics & Administration

• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and administrative briefings to support the development and launch of a potential labour movement podcast series.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of production requirements.

Community & Network Expansion

• Drive outreach initiatives and foster collaborations with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to support the growth of the YC3 creator network.
• Contribute to achieving the strategic target of expanding the network to 100 creators by the end of H2 2026.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Comms

For audit projects assigned:

Perform required audit procedures and conduct audit testing to assess operating effectiveness of controls in-place, and conclude as required;
