Responsibilities:

• Go on-site to repair machines like scissors lifts, forklifts, and air compressors when they stopped working.
• Do regular oil changes and checks to make sure equipment is in good, working condition.
• Troubleshoot with electrical parts, engine, or the hydraulic systems and to rectify issues.
• Inspect all machines and ensure they are safe before machines are sent to the customers.
• Simple report writing to include what has been fixed and parts used.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn.
• Senior post available for experienced candidate, salary range depends on relevant working experience.
• Experience in operating heavy industrial machines would be advantageous.
• Class 3 license

Job Description:

• Concierge services – attend to phone calls and walk-in customers (pupils, parents, public, stakeholders) 

• Using messaging apps to communicate events and send reminders to parents
• Check generic email everyday and forward them to relevant officers within a certain time frame
• Incoming Mail Correspondence: Record and distribute incoming correspondence upon receipt.
• Articles - Stocktake Monitoring: Record and track all articles accurately, then submit to AM for end-of-term verification.
• Calling and confirming the attendance of parent volunteers to help in school events and activities
• General administrative duties including typing, filing, preparation of documents
• Printing of monthly CCA Instructors/Contract Staff attendance records
• Save transport approval (formSG) to shared folder.
• Ad Hoc Bus Booking Coordinator transport for Students External Activities including Monthly verification of Ad Hoc School Bus payment
• Filing of documents such as Bus Booking form
• Recording student injuries that occur during school hours through the Unwell/Injured Student management system and Rendering of First Aid to pupils e.g. issuing of pupils with plasters
• Assist in packing learning resources i.e. booklet
• Other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
  

Qualifications:

• GCE O Level 

• Able to converse and write in English

• Able to use simple Microsoft applications

• Comfortable with visitors and pupils

• Recording and provision of simple first aid

• At least 5 years of experience in Administration

Working Hours:
School Term

• Required to work during School Semester 1 and 2

• Mondays to Fridays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

School Vacation

• Required to work during between March, September and December school holiday 

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Reception Duties:

(a) Manage school front counter services

(b) Handling visitors, parents, staff, students, and addressing their needs

(c) Handling queries and complaints via phone

(d) Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff

(e) Transferring calls as necessary

(f) Managing office inventory such as stationery and administrative stores

(g) Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail

(h) Handle lost and found process

(i) Manage loan records of school items (e.g., uniform, umbrella, etc.)

(j) Provide general administrative support to the admin office

(k) Data entry and any other duties assigned by the school

Student Service Duties:

(a) Manage student early release (recording and contacting parents)

(b) Coordinating between Form-Teachers & Student Management Team

(SMT) on students’ movement (e.g., responding quickly to incoming

messages and processing them, and alerting the SMT.)

(c) Monitoring students' late coming, attendance, CCA attendance (e.g.,

Involving data entry, collating info, and processing info)

(d) Providing real-time information on attendance info to support SMT

(e) Manage students' cellphone confiscation process

(f) Assisting in sick bay recording, ambulance recording, incident recording

(g) Manage student lift pass issuance

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

You will support the upkeep of the Authority compound and equipment, inspect work progress, assist with contractor inspections and maintenance, provide logistical support for events, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the Authority compound and equipment to ensure a safe and orderly environment
• Inspect work progress regularly and provide clear, timely feedback to Operations Managers to support quality control
• Accompany MOE Term Contractors during inspections and maintenance or repair works to facilitate smooth operations
• Provide logistical support for Authority events and functions to ensure efficient setup and execution
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations Managers, Vice-Principals, or Principal with flexibility and responsiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Physical fitness to perform duties effectively
• Preferably 3 years of experience performing school attendant duties or equivalent in a school environment

Duration of Services

• Contract Period: From 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2028
• Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 1.00pm to 8.30pm, inclusive of 1hr dinnerbreak•
• Fridays: 12.30pm to 8:30pm, inclusive of 1hr dinner break•
• Saturdays: 7.30am to 1.30pm•
• Service not require on Sundays and gazetted public holidays
