About the Role
This role sits within a fast-moving, mission‑critical services environment supporting cloud, colocation, and enterprise customers in Singapore. The position focuses on service sales, account ownership, and lifecycle solutions, requiring strong responsiveness, independence, and customer engagement.
You will work closely with sales, application, operations, and project teams to support existing customers and drive service and replacement opportunities.
Job Details
- Manage a portfolio of ~15–20 Singapore-based customers across enterprise, colocation, and hyperscale segments
- Drive service sales including maintenance contracts, spare parts, repairs, and equipment replacement
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and respond promptly to customer requests to meet SLA expectations
- Conduct site visits (4–5 per month) to build rapport, identify opportunities, and support account growth
- Coordinate internally with cloud & colo sales, enterprise sales, application, operations, and project teams
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar industry (data centre, ACMV, HVAC, mission‑critical services, or technical service sales)
- Fast learner who is proactive, independent, and able to operate without close supervision
- Comfortable working in a SLA‑driven environment with rapid response expectations
- Sales‑oriented mindset with strong customer communication and follow‑up discipline
- Sufficient technical understanding to confidently explain and sell service solutions and equipment
