Your Profile

Responsible for driving innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the Company's construction operations. The Senior Analytical Science & Technology Manager is accountable for end-to-end analytical science and QC laboratory quality systems governance, ensuring robust analytical execution, compliant laboratory systems, and sustained inspection readiness in support of API manufacturing.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Analyst with strong experience in Life & Annuity actuarial functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial data analytics, asset modeling, and programming (Python), along with a solid understanding of insurance and investment principles. This role will support actuarial modeling, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex financial datasets related to life and annuity products to support actuarial valuations and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, data visualization libraries).

• Proven experience in financial data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with asset modeling and/or Asset-Liability Management (ALM).

• Solid understanding of actuarial concepts in life and annuity products.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of insurance investment strategies and financial instruments.

• Experience working with actuarial modeling tools (e.g., Prophet, AXIS, MG-ALFA, or similar).

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS 17, Solvency II, US GAAP).

SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Assist in ORSA stress test and all capital related reporting requirement which involve asset template.

• Supervises an engineering group with specific responsibility for mechanical systems and equipment design function, staffing, technical mentoring as required within the engineering group, staff professional and personal development, and budget adherence.  Also, technically lead and/or execute engineering projects

• Generate and define product specifications and coordinate/execute the engineering development of difficult scope

• Effectively assigns work to subordinate staff, providing for professional development in addition to maximum productivity for the area

Minimum Qualifications: 

• PhD/ Master/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• More than 7 years of relevant experiences in semiconductor equipment design or troubleshooting experiences with at least 3 years of leadership experiences

• Subject-matter expertise with CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis and/or Design for Excellence principles 

• Proficient in simulation and analysis methods (FEA, thermal analysis and tolerance analysis)

• Strong in the following fields: Thermal, Compressible flow, Engineering Design, Machining & manufacturing processes

• Ability to craft clear engineering documentation

• Ability to form effective cross-functional relationships and to communicate product design/mechanical requirements clearly to non-experts
