• 需要具備良好的社群媒體知識。

Job Description:

• Dealing with international brand product
• Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media and digital marketing
• Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
• Work closely with sales and marketing to achieve their objectives
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate online and offline marketing activities, including events and digital campaigns.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign analysis, and monthly performance updates.
• Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with company branding guidelines.
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring of marketing expenses.
• Support management with any ad-hoc marketing tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications/ Business Studies or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably candidates with age below 40 years old
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Minimum 3-7 years of working experience in digital marketing role
• Good social media knowledge is required
• Willing to learn, and work in a team, independently and odd hour Enthusiasm,
• motivation and a positive attitude
• Experience as a Live Host is an advantage.
• Willing work in Seremban

Requirements

• Associate of bachelor's degree preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Compile regular report for dealership management to review
2. Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
3. Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customer and seek out new prospective sales
4. Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings its the sales staff
5. Step in to answer customer question and issues when required
6. Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
7. Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
8. Set sales goals, track progress and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
9. Recruit, hire, train and oversee a team of Automotive salespeople

職責和責任

1. 定期編制報告供經銷商管理層審核
2. 始終高度重視所有客戶的滿意度。
3. 開發並管理客戶關係管理 (CRM) 平台，以維繫現有客戶並尋找新的潛在客戶。
4. 協調並主持銷售人員的所有例行銷售會議
5. 必要時介入解答客戶的疑問與問題
6. 預測未來幾個月和幾季的銷售額
7. 指導銷售人員掌握提高車輛交易成交率的最佳實踐，並提供建議和指導以提升銷售業績。
8. 設定銷售目標，追蹤進度，並帶領團隊完成並超越這些目標。

- You have good knowledge in IKEA product range, and you share this knowledge with customers and colleagues. 

- You actively offer all the services available in the IKEA store to help customers make informed choices, which results in a better shopping experience for them .

- You ensure you maximise sales whilst maintaining profitability by knowing and actively steering towards the topselling and prioritised products (e.g. overstock/övertag).

- You handle cashering 

- You order the right amount of stock needed from store and refill them when stock arrived.
