The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets and margins, be involved from initiation to completion of sales cycles; with particular focus on maintenance sales, the incumbent will ensure high level of client engagement and identify development potential in existing accounts. • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation. Accurately gauge customer readiness, overcome objections, and effectively close deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• CRM & Pipeline Management: Diligently record daily visit logs, customer feedback, and prospect information. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships through regular follow-ups to drive repeat business and generate industry referrals.

• Market Intelligence: Act as the eyes and ears of the company on the ground. Gather vital market trends and competitor activities during your field visits to help refine the company's product offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door canvassing, or a background in the commercial kitchen/F&B supply chain industry is highly preferred.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional "ice-breaking" skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with strangers. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

• Attributes: Highly goal-oriented, resilient, and self-driven. Comfortable and willing to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced outdoor field sales environment.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin (or other local languages) to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of local business owners and decision-makers.
