QC Technician (Lift & Escalator)

Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,010 per month

• Site-based inspections across residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in Singapore
• Office located at Kaki Bukit

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on lift and escalator installation, modernization, and maintenance works.
• Verify compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform inspections on lift and escalator components, safety devices, and system functionality.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and workmanship issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with service, installation, and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities when required.
• Ensure all inspection activities are carried out in accordance with workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in the Lift & Escalator industry.
• Experience in maintenance, installation, testing, inspection, or related technical functions.
• Strong understanding of lift safety systems, components, and fault detection.
• Experience in QA/QC, inspection, commissioning, or auditing work will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, inspection checklists, and maintenance records.
• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

The Regional Manager – Clinical Quality & Governance provides expert leadership to elevate quality assurance and clinical governance across Icon’s ASEAN portfolio. This role strengthens decision-making, quality control systems, data analytics, and clinical delivery frameworks to ensure safe, person-centred oncology care.

Responsibilities include:

• Participates in the clinical governance of Icon’s international and local portfolio, through bringing technical knowledge into healthcare systems and risk mitigation design, plans, documents, quality committees, meetings, discussions, communications, and other forms of workforce engagement.
• Monitors, evaluates, and guides alignments to legislative requirements, accreditation standards, organisational standards, and professional standards related to the specialty topic.
• Develops and maintains nursing training programs and competency assessments for the region.
• Collaborates in the development of quality and audit frameworks and actions to be implemented.
• Provides specialist advice to reduce risks to patients, visitors, and staff in the context any form of emergency.

Requirements:

• Qualifications that incorporate the specialty field or extensive speciality field experience (Degree in Nursing).
• Clinical nursing and healthcare management experience.
