The PCS Technician executes, maintains, and sustains Micron’s PCS systems, SPACE Statistical Process Control (SPC), Applied Materials E3: Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) and Run to Run (R2R), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), MESCentral, and MAM (Manufacturing Application Management), RMS (Recipe Management Systems)

to ensure accurate system updates, stable automation behavior, and strong data integrity across manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

1) SPC (SPACE Platform)

• Create and update SPC charts, limits, rules, and attributes.

• Monitor chart health and escalate abnormalities.

2) E3 – FDC & R2R

• Update FDC traces, limits, alarms; perform basic troubleshooting.

• Enable/disable R2R models based on engineering instruction.
   

3) RMS – Recipe & Parameter Control

• Process recipe revisions and parameter changes.

• Validate recipe uploads and equipment communication.
   

4) SigmaSpec – Specification Management

• Update SigmaSpec per approved engineering change.

• Ensure spec alignment across SPC, FDC, R2R, and RMS.
   

5) MES / Shop Floor Systems

• Execute MES changes, validations, and state transitions.

• Support WIP, equipment status, and data collection plan accuracy.

• Troubleshoot MES errors (missing data, state flow issues, communication faults).
   

6) MAM – Application Logic Support

• Update PCS‑linked MAM workflows.

• Validate rule behavior affecting SPC, FDC, and system communication.

• Escalate MAM logic issues impacting control strategy.
   

7) Governance & Documentation

• Execute changes following ECN and site governance procedures.

• Maintain change logs and verification/closure evidence.
   

8) Monitoring & First‑Line Troubleshooting

• Monitor dashboards for alarms, data gaps, and communication failures.

• Perform first‑line diagnosis and escalate as needed.

9) Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Support Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, PCS/Automation, and Quality Engineering.

• Provide on‑floor support during major updates or equipment conversions.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, Automation, or related field.

• Basic understanding of SPC, automation, and semiconductor operations.

• Experience with SPACE SPC, E3 FDC/R2R, RMS, MES/Shop Floor and SigmaSpe is preferred.

• Semiconductor manufacturing or automation experienc will be ana dded advantage.

• Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
  

  Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed. May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations. Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.

The Quality System Engineering Technician supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures compliance with applicable standards, company procedures, and customer requirements through documentation control, audits, data analysis, and corrective action support.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Support the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949)

• Assist in document control activities, including creation, revision, distribution, and archival of controlled documents.

• Ensure quality records are properly maintained, traceable, and readily accessible.

• Assist in raising purchase order.

Audit Support

• Assist in planning and supporting audits.

Requirements:

The Contamination Control & ESD Technician supports the semiconductor manufacturing environment by ensuring that cleanroom conditions and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protections meet factory and industry standards. This role conducts routine environmental monitoring, performs ESD audits, supports qualification activities, and assists in contamination or ESD‑related investigations. The technician works closely with engineers and cross‑functional teams to maintain a stable and compliant production environment, helping safeguard product quality, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleanroom environmental monitoring, including airborne particle measurements, AMC sampling, metal contamination checks, and environmental logging.

• Conduct ESD compliance checks, such as wrist strap and footwear testing, equipment grounding verification, workstation audits, and point‑to‑point resistance checks.

• Assist engineers with tool and material qualifications, ensuring all new equipment, spare parts, and consumables meet contamination and ESD requirements before release to production.

• Support contamination and ESD excursion investigations by collecting samples, gathering data, performing preliminary checks, and documenting observations accurately.

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration for environmental and ESD monitoring instruments to ensure consistent performance.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, checklists, and records to support process traceability and audit compliance.

• Perform cleanroom protocol checks, ensuring proper gowning, material handling, housekeeping, and contamination‑control standards are followed.

Requirements:

• Assist the IQC Engineer in the qualification of new IQC tools.

• To assist Engineer in the development of measuring method and jigs/fixture during product development stage

• Work with business team and engineering team on product qualification measurement– Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Conduct MSA (GR&R) on equipment and user for assessing measurement system capability
• Maintain and perform software validation and revalidation for applicable software used to determine product’s quality (decision to acceptor reject product)
• Manage organization’s measuring equipment’s, maintain equipment’s calibration and servicing program to comply to International standard and customer requirements. Including customer consigned measuring equipment(s)
• Provide assistant in the training of inspectors & junior Technician to perform part measurement. Prepare measurement report and graphical analysis of measurement data
