Main Responsibilities:
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot systems to support QMS operational requests
• Comply with business processes, standards, and SOPs
• Work with end users to clarify and execute setup requirements
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all executions
• Perform troubleshooting for reported issues
• Assist in assigned improvement projects
• Manage audit and customer visit preparations
Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience
• Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or an equivalent related field of study
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in programming skill such as Python, R and SQL are preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate will be advantageous
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Process good teamwork, self-motivated, dependability, and the ability to work with minimal direction
• Proven track record to multi tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
