What we're looking for

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000)

What you'll be doing

• To supervise the daily operations of the QA laboratory.
• To ensure all QC matters and tests are performed in accordance to the described work instructions
• To verify all QC test records.
• To assist the QA Manager to investigate the root cause of non-conformity in in-coming materials, in-process products and finished products.
• To assist the QA Manager to investigate consumer complaint.
• To assist the QA Manager to carry out research and development work.
• To ensure laboratory equipment are calibrated in accordance to the calibration schedule.
• To assist the QA Manager to evaluate the suitability of raw and packaging material sample from supplier.
• To report any non-conformity in in-comings, in-process products and finished products to QA Manager.
• To participate in internal quality and food safety audits programmes.

Responsibilities :-

• Ensure that the organization's products and services can always maintain high quality to improve customer satisfaction and the organization's competitiveness.
• Setting quality standards, customer reviews and responding to complaints.
• Setting the production SOP for each product, incoming material inspection, self-inspection, finished product inspection
• Coordinating quality assurance activities to ensure all incoming and outgoing products are conforming to specified standards
• Ensuring all documents pertaining to quality is kept up to date
• Handle customer complaints, propose corrective and preventive measures for customer complaints and supervise the implementation
• Ensuring all measuring instruments are calibrated up to date, be responsible for maintenance and inspection records, and submit scrapping, damage reports, and purchase requests.

Qualification :-

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, engineering and automation or related majors, able to communicate in English
• At least 2 years or more in a quality control
• Be familiar with production process and quality standards, exceptions handling, analytical skills, understand drawings, proficient in Office software
• Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, good logical judgment, communication and coordination skills and high teamwork spirit.
• Mandarin speaking ability is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders from Taiwan / China.

Job Description & Requirements

• Able to operate CNC CMM machines; minimum 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T and QC measuring equipment such as height gauge, SmartScope, vernier caliper, etc.
• Computer literate and able to prepare QC reports and handle NCR (Non-Conformance Report).
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, including tolerance, surface treatment, heat treatment, etc.
• Basic understanding of machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and review Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, ISO standards, MOM requirements, SS standards, and project contractual obligations.
• Lead quality audits, internal inspections, and vendor assessments.
• Monitor all site construction activities.
• Ensure inspections and tests are conducted according to approved ITPs and procedures.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client representatives on quality-related matters.
• Review and approve quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and turnover dossiers.
• Ensure proper documentation for inspection.
• Lead investigation and resolution of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement actions.

Job Responsibilities:

· System Configuration: Develop and maintain LIMS/LES applications (e.g., LabWare, Biovia) to support laboratory workflows.

·Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with laboratory personnel to analyze, map, and improve business processes, translating them into digital solutions.

· Validation & Compliance: Perform system validation, execute test scripts, and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

·User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for laboratory staff, DS and DP on system usage.

·Instrumentation Interfacing: Configure LIMS and instrument middleware to automate data transfer.

·Management of test samples in LIMS/LES: In-process and release samples, environmental testing samples and drug substance and excipient samples

·Configure Stability sample in LIMS.

·Configure Regulatory retain sample in LIMS

·Configure Reference sample in LIMS

·Responsible for all other electronic system application, including but not limit to LIMS, EMPOWER and LES.

·Ensure all the activities in QC team performed with compliance of cGMP, data integrity and EHS requirement.

·To carry out any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Job Requirements:

·Bachelor degree or above in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry or other related discipline

·With NLT 2 years in biotech or biopharma

·Deep understanding of FDA, EMA, ICH related regulations

·A good understanding of the overall view of drug development process.

·A thorough understanding of the principles and management of cGMP compliance, and strong quality minds.

·Comprehensive knowledge in FDA, EMA,NMPA, ICH, WHO technical guideline and USP, Eur.P, ChP pharmacopoeias.

· Comprehensive knowledge in IND/IMPD,NDA and ANDA filing

Contract Duration: 12 months, subject to renewal, based on performance
