What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As the Shop Manager, you will run the day-to-day operations and ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Your key duties will include:

• Store Operations: Oversee daily opening/closing and overall store cleanliness and organization.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and motivate shop assistants, ensuring excellent customer service on the floor.

• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, handle purchasing/ordering from suppliers, and manage receiving and displaying heavy/bulky hardware goods.
