職責：
- 尋找並評估印刷材料供應商，例如紙張、油墨、化學品和包裝材料。
- 取得報價、比較價格並協商最佳條款和成本節省方案
- 準備並簽發採購訂單（PO），並確保貨物及時交付。
- 用普通話與供應商（特別是中國供應商）密切溝通，協調訂單並解決問題。
- 監控庫存水平，並與生產和倉庫協調，以確保充足的物料供應。
- 追蹤和控制採購成本，確保符合預算。
- 維護準確的採購記錄，包括報價單、發票和送貨單。
- 與內部部門（生產、銷售、財務）協調採購需求
- 安排物流並跟進出貨/交貨進度
要求：
- 工商管理、供應鏈或相關領域的文憑或學位
- 至少1-5年採購經驗，印刷或製造業經驗者優先
- 精通國語（口語和書面），能夠與海外供應商溝通
- 較強的談判、溝通與分析能力
- 具備良好的採購流程和庫存控制知識
- 能夠獨立工作，並在壓力下處理多項任務
- 擅長談判和人脈拓展。
