Key Responsibilities

Security Governance

• Conduct preliminary assessments of SaaS requests using established governance frameworks to determine whether further security risk assessment is required.
• Collect and compile security scorecard data from project teams, cross-referencing reported metrics against actual deliverables to ensure accuracy within specified reporting periods.
• Gather and compile the security metrics defined in the cyber workplan initiatives.

Security Awareness

• Analyse whole-of-government phishing exercise results to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and follow up to ensure that new joiners and staff who fell prey to phishing exercises complete mandatory security awareness training.
• Develop engaging security awareness content such as EDMs and gamified quizzes.

Security Operations

• Analyse Data Loss Prevention (DLP) reports to assess whether users may have inadvertently uploaded classified information to central storage platforms, AI tools, or external email.
• Track and consolidate responses from project teams on queries raised through GITSIR/GIROC polls, ensuring timely follow-up.

Vulnerability Management

• Support the establishment of systematic processes for communicating vulnerability information to project teams and tracking remediation status, helping to close the gap between asset visibility and actionable remediation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the project management office and implementation of IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project governance standard
• Assist and perform project management dashboard including regular project reporting

Role purpose of the Business Acceptance Unit

• To process requests from partners for A&O to accept new legal matters including, in particular, performing anti-money laundering and background checks on new clients and performing conflicts checks (within internal databases) on each new matter (for both new and existing clients);
• To obtain from relevant lawyers required evidence of identity for new clients (and existing clients for whom the practice has done no work in the preceding two years and whose ownership or control may therefore have changed in the intervening period);
• To screen and, where requested, send conflict search emails (containing information on new legal matters) to all partners and to monitor responses, analyse search results and, in consultation with the originating lawyers, determine whether or not the new legal matter is clear of conflicts and appropriate for the practice to take on;

You will lead the design and implementation of two critical systems: (1) a billing and sales expenditure tracking system, and (2) a QR-code-based website for customer self-ordering and payment at each table. Your goal is to increase operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the guest experience.

· Analyze current manual or semi-digital billing processes and expenditure tracking (food cost, labor, overheads).

· Design and document requirements for a unified system that captures.Designed front‑end product pages with image uploads, title,and other requirements

· Daily sales (per table, per server, per menu item)

· Real-time expenditure (ingredients, supplies, wastage)

· Profitability per dish and per shift

· Work with developers or POS vendors to build or configure the system.

· Ensure integration with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

· Create automated reports on cost of goods sold (COGS), margins, and expense anomalies.

· Lead the end-to-end requirements for a mobile-friendly website accessible via QR codes placed on each table.

· Scan QR code → View digital menu (with images, allergens, modifiers) → Add to cart → Enter table number → Pay online.

· Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, or local UPI/cards).pricing & Monitoring: Scraping (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy), Price tracking (Keepa, CamelCamelCamel), Alerts (Prometheus, Grafana)

· Ensure the website syncs orders directly to the kitchen display system (KDS) or POS printer.

· Define requirements for table management (e.g., prevent order mixing, support splitting bills).

· Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers for a frictionless experience.

· Ensure the QR ordering website pushes data (sales, items, payment status) back to the billing/expenditure system automatically.

· Define API requirements between systems.

· Handle offline scenarios (e.g., website down – fallback to manual billing).

· Write test cases for billing accuracy, payment security, and order routing.

· Conduct UAT (user acceptance testing) with restaurant staff.

· Train managers and servers on using the new systems.

· Monitor system performance, order conversion rates, and payment failures.

· Suggest improvements based on sales/expenditure data (e.g., remove low-margin items, adjust pricing).

Required Skills & Experience

· 6+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Product Owner in restaurant, retail, or E-commerce field

· Proven experience designing POS systems and tracking or similar to front page design

· Solid understanding of language platforms, e-commerce checkout flows, and payment gateway integration.

· Ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and process flow diagrams (UML, BPMN).

· Basic technical knowledge: APIs (REST), databases (SQL), and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals) to communicate with developers.

· Excellent stakeholder management – you will work with chefs, servers, owners, and developers.

· Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Notion for documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Equivalent qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
• Sound knowledge of international trade finance rules and practices, including UCP, ISBP, URC, ISP, and URDG.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant trade operations experience covering import and export trade finance products.
• Demonstrated ability to process trade finance transactions accurately and within established service levels.
• Experience in reviewing trade documentation and identifying documentary discrepancies in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• For the Assistant Vice President role, experience in supervising, coaching, or guiding team members is preferred.
• Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Analyst position.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
• Proficiency in trade processing systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.

• Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and internal communication materials

• Update intranet content (Wealth Release Hub) using basic CMS/HTML editing

• Support email communications (EDMs), including drafting, formatting, and simple graphics

• Proofread materials for clarity, grammar, and compliance with internal standards

Administrative Support

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for senior managers

• Organize meeting setups, materials, and stakeholder coordination across teams

• Support documentation, agendas, minutes, and tracking of action items

Finance & Operations

• Process invoices and expenses, including purchase requests and payment tracking

• Maintain budget and expense trackers and ensure accurate reconciliation

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement and governance procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or related field

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Basic understanding of HTML/CMS and/or graphic editing is an advantage

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
