•Support New Product Introduction (NPI), new line setups, process transfers, and engineering change implementations.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of new equipment, technologies, and operational processes.
•Deliver technical training and coaching to operations teams to strengthen equipment knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
•Monitor engineering performance metrics and recommend solutions to improve process capability and equipment uptime.

Requirement:
•Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
•Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing, logistics, automation, or a high-volume operational environment.
•Strong hands-on experience in equipment implementation, process setup, commissioning, and optimisation.
•Proven track record in troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
•Experience supporting NPI, process transfers, or new line implementation projects.
•Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
•Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
