Responsibilities also include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, following planned routes, and adhering to all traffic rules and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driving licence, have a good driving record, and be punctual, dependable, and familiar with local roads. Experience in delivery work is preferred. Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and trustworthy individual to serve as a Personal Assistant & Driver. This role combines administrative support with safe and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and able to manage both office and personal tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendars

• Run personal and business errands (shopping, bill payments, etc.)

• Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries

• Support basic administrative tasks and reporting

• Coordinate meetings and events when required

Driver Duties

• Provide safe, timely, and professional driving services

• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled

• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays

• Conduct routine vehicle checks and arrange servicing/repairs

• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

• Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings/weekends if needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Proven experience as a personal assistant, driver, or similar role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of discretion and confidentiality

• Familiarity with local routes and navigation apps

• Basic computer skills (email, calendar management, MS Office)

• Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting senior executives or private households

• Multilingual abilities (a plus)

Job Summary

Deliver wines and related products safely and accurately to customers while maintaining stock, vehicle condition, and adhering to safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wines and related products daily to customers including restaurants, clubs, and outlets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Load and unload goods safely, handling fragile items such as glass bottles with care
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and quantities before and after each delivery
• Obtain customer acknowledgment via signature or stamp upon delivery
• Conduct routine stock-taking and maintain accurate stock balance and labeling of wines
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned company vehicle
• Follow traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies consistently
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to optimize time and fuel consumption
• Report delivery issues, damages, or discrepancies promptly to the supervisor
• Assist with basic warehouse duties such as packing and stock arrangement when required
• Ensure company vehicle is used only for work purposes and returned after deliveries
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance issues immediately
• Handle ad-hoc deliveries and warehouse activities as assigned by supervisor
• Complete any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Able to handle physical work

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum qualification 'O' level
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Immediate availability to start work
