We are seeking an experienced and strategic Contract Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This role will be responsible for managing contractual risks, supporting project delivery teams, administering contracts and claims, and ensuring effective commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Commercial Management

• Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects related to main contracts and subcontracts
• Manage contractual and commercial risks and implement mitigation measures effectively and promptly
• Review external providers’ (e.g. vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverables

Stakeholder Management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration, and/or management within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contract law, and standard forms of construction contracts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
