- Minimum Qualification (Mandatory)
Eachcandidate must have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent,strong technical and analytical skills, good communication and interpersonalskills, and a positive work attitude.
- Core Technical Requirements (Critical)
Eachcandidate must have at least 3 years of experience in PeopleSoftdevelopment and/or maintenance. Candidates should have hands-on experience inmost of the following tools: PeopleCode, SQR, PeopleSoft Query, SQL,Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component Interface, IntegrationBroker, Workflow, and Fluid Interface.
- Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)
Candidateswith experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, PeopleTools upgrades, UIcustomization, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle databases, and Microsoft tools(e.g., Excel) will have an advantage.

- Shortlisting Criteria
