Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Application Maintenance Engineer to support the System for a long-term application maintenance and support engagement. The candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and integrity of critical production and non-production environments.

• This role requires strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft technology stack, system integration, database support, incident/problem management, and production support operations. The candidate must be able to work onsite at the client’s office (9am-6pm) and provide onsite support during major events as required.

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) serves as the lead medical crew member during patient transport operations. The EMT is responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance with clinical and transport protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preferably possesses 2 years of experience in Power Plant or Oil and Gas industry
• Self-driven, with a good working attitude and a good team player
• Is available on standby after office hours for emergency calls
• Have a safety mindset and display good workplace safety behavior.
• Be a part of the CERT team and be actively involved in emergency responses whenever called upon.
