Juga berperanan sebagai menjadi sumber teknikal utama untuk pasukan perkhidmatan pelanggan kami, membantu mereka bagi memastikan penyelesaian yang lancar dan cepat.

Tanggungjawab Juruteknik Penghawa Dingin termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada

• Memasang, memeriksa, menyelenggara, dan membaiki pelbagai jenis dan jenama penghawa dingin komersial dan kediaman.
• Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan preventif berkala dan kerja-kerja pembetulan pada sistem penghawa dingin.
• Mencari punca masalah elektrik dan mekanikal jika ada kerosakan.
• Melaksanakan kerja-kerja membaiki seperti penggantian kompresor penghawa dingin, motor, kipas, dan lain-lain.
• Mengesyorkan kerja-kerja membaiki yang sesuai dan penambahbaikan kepada pelanggan.
• Melaksanakan servis penghawa dingin di kediaman dan premis komersial pelanggan yang termasuk pencucian kimia, pemeriksaan gas, dan perkhidmatan penyelenggaraan umum.
• Memastikan semua kerja-kerja mematuhi standard alat dan Akta Kesihatan dan Keselamatan.
• Melaporkan harian dan mingguan kepada pengurus terus.
• Sebarang tugas lain yang diperlukan oleh penyelia segera.

• Pengalaman praktikal dalam pemasangan, penyelenggaraan (termasuk mencuci kimia), mengesan masalah, dan membaiki penghawa dingin.
• Mampu melakukan kerja fizikal.
• Penguasaan asas bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris
• Lesen memandu GDL.
• Pengalaman minimum 1 tahun diperlukan.
• Selesa bekerja 5.5 hari (Isnin hingga Jumaat 9 pagi hingga 6:00 petang / Sabtu 9 pagi hingga 1 petang).
• Diutamakan dengan sijil Lesen BCA (Lesen Penghawa Dingin) - Pemasangan Sokongan Struktur Untuk Unit Penghawa Dingin atau yang setaraf / Sijil Kebolehan Khas Malaysia (Diutamakan).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Good discipline and behavior, willing to learn and grow.
• Shift technician support production to achieve KPI goals on Molding machine down time; utilization & to improve machine MTBA & OEE.
• Ability to perform machine preventive maintenance job and to improve equipment capability thru continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to perform assembly equipment conversion and major troubleshooting to ensure smoothed production line.
• This role requires reliable presence to support operational and team objectives. Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance aligned with the company’s work schedule.

Responsible for timely machine installation and ensuring optimal production operations by maintaining equipment and enhancing yield, utilization, and product quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform machine installation as per schedule.
• Maintaining the smooth operation of production and optimizing yield, utilization, and product quality through machine sustaining and maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Monitor equipment performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address deviations from performance targets.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Update machine status from outgoing shift to incoming shift.

Job Description

• Leading preventive maintenance 
• Assuring required spare parts inventory level 
• Translating breakdowns events into required preventive maintenance program 
• Initiating equipment modifications for enhanced reliability 
• Defining maintenance standards & procedures 

• To support production on rotating shift and performing preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting on equipment & machinery and do method solving & problem on machines at production lines.
• Conduct basic Repair / troubleshoot machines problem at production line with assist from Technicians 2, 3 or 4.
• Assists in the installation of new equipment and machines.
• To create, execute & update Preventive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance for line equipment, machines, and jig/fixtures according to Master Schedule List per Standard defined.
• To liaise with Maintenance Section or Engineer for maintenance plan and spare parts Availability/replacement/controlling.
• Work with Technicians 1, 2, 3 & 4, Engineer / Supervisor in the day-to-day operation.
• Performs routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Documents work performed and preventive maintenance records.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by technicians 3 or 4 and direct superior from time to time.
• To provide verbal & written communication on equipment downtime, improvement, and document it for future reference.
• To ensure the design and the utilization of the machines & equipment are made according with all the Safety features / regulation.
• To ensure 5s is being carried out at workplace and follow Safety Rules & Regulation during work being carried out.
• Spare parts arrangement.
• To support Ad Hoc tasks assigned by direct superior from time to time.

Role Description:  

• Responsible for providing professional maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair services 
for industrial cranes and hoists. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer equipment operates 
safely, reliably, and efficiently, while representing the Konecranes brand with strong technical expertise 
and customer service. Perform preventive maintenance not requiring compliance inspections, 
corrective maintenance, retrofits, crane installation or commissioning. Technicians can be further 
classified into "Maintenance Technician" or "Inspector" (i.e. those predominantly performing preventive 
maintenance) and "Service Technicians" (i.e. those predominantly performing maintenance and 
retrofits).  

Key Tasks :  
 
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on overhead cranes, hoists, 
   and related lifting equipment at customer sites. 
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and implement corrective actions. 
• Carry out load testing, adjustments, calibrations, and commissioning of crane systems as per company 
   standards and safety requirements. 
• Complete service reports, job documentation, and recommendations for customers accurately and on 
   time. 
• Provide technical support and professional advice to customers regarding equipment condition, safety 
   risks, and service solutions. 
• Ensure all work complies with Konecranes safety policies, ISO standards, and statutory regulations. 
• Support emergency call-outs and breakdown service as required. 
• Collaborate with the Service team to improve service delivery, technical skills, and customer 
   satisfaction. 
• Maintain company tools, service vehicle, and equipment in safe and proper working order.
