Job Description

We are looking for Course Developer to create and enhance training curricula for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio.

• Design WSQ-aligned and accredited courses (including CPD-accredited programs for SIFMA, SCDF, and MOM).
• Develop learning materials with contents aligning with current industry trends, technologies and regulatory requirements.
• You will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop engaging and impactful learning experiences for adult learners.
• Training curricula focus include:
• Smart facilities management
• Artificial Intelligence
• Sustainability
• Digital transformation
• Contract and risk management
• Workplace safety.

Job Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Instructional Design, Education or related fields.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA/DDDLP/DACE.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design or courseware creation in Continuing Education and Training (CET) sector or adult learning environment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge on Built Environment/Facilities Management industry in Singapore.
• Demonstrate familiarity on SkillsFuture frameworks, SSG funding guidelines and CPD accreditation processes (SIFMA, SCDF, MOM, PEB/IES).
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to structure complex information for diverse learner profiles.
