Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, product teams, and delivery colleagues to define, analyse, and shape business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• · Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across discovery, design, and delivery phases, including facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.

In this role, you will partner with the APAC Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Leadership to build the future of the Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) digital ecosystem. The APAC GCS Finance team partners with sales and cross-functional leadership to provide investigative insights and recommendations on key business decisions. Minimum qualifications

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with building data infrastructure (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring) and implementing reporting solutions.
• Experience in developing strategies in fluid competitive environments, impeccable business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
• Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical (e.g., Financial Modeling, SQL, Data Viz) skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of complex data.

The purpose of this role is to provide expertise in reporting and analysis to enhance decision-making across the talent lifecycle, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to achieving business goals with a focus on talent priorities. This role involves producing analytics, mapping key reporting processes, managing stakeholders, identifying trends, and maintaining reporting requirements to support business needs and objectives. Additionally, the role includes championing MI Data Warehouse and Reporting tools, collaborating with end users to identify reporting requirements, and providing data insights to drive operational efficiency and meet business objectives.
