Business Analysis & RequirementsManagement

•           Support Business Unit specialists and senior analysts in gathering,documenting, and validating business requirements.

•           Assist in analysing current (“as is”) and future state (“to be”) business andoperational processes.

•           Document functional and non functional requirements using approved templatesand standards.

•           Maintain requirement artefacts and support traceability across the projectlifecycle.

•           Assist in assessing the impact of change requests on scope, timelines, anddelivery.

Functional Design & Solution Alignment

•           Support the transition of requirements to System Analysts and technology teams,ensuring clarity and completeness of documentation.

•           Participate in requirement walkthroughs, design discussions, and clarificationsessions with business and technical stakeholders.

•           Track requirement updates, assumptions, and dependencies, and highlightpotential issues early.

Testing

•           Support the review of test plans and functional test scopes prepared by thetesting team.

•           Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)activities, including test preparation, defect logging, tracking, and followups.

•           Validate test outcomes against documented requirements and support issueresolution.

PMO & Project Support

•           Assist in monitoring project progress, key milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Job Description:

• In charge of leading and directing projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Responsible for engaging and communicating with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• In charge of ensuring client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as single point of contact to the client

2. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define integration needs and data flows.
3. Design and support Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, EIB, PECI, WECI, and RaaS.
4. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
5. Analyze existing integration frameworks and recommend enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all Workday integrations.
