- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $15, 000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning and design coordination through execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Set project strategy, objectives, master schedule, and delivery plans to achieve timeline and cost targets.
- Manage full project financials: budgeting, cost control, contract negotiations, variations/claims, and resource optimisation.
- Serve as primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory/government agencies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams (PMs/engineers/site teams) to drive performance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, WSH/safety requirements, and quality standards; conduct site audits/inspections.
- Identify and mitigate risks; manage escalations, conflicts, and delivery issues with contingency planning.
- Drive process improvement and post-project reviews; represent the company in senior-level negotiations.
Requirements:
- Minimum a degree holder with 10 years construction experience, including 5 years in senior leadership managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management tools, and Singapore regulatory/quality/safety requirements.
- Proven leadership in delivering projects on time and within budget; strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
