We are looking for an Applications Developer to design, develop and support enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) and the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable enhancements, automation and integrations across our Microsoft ecosystem.
Key focus areas (what you’ll spend most of your time on)
Business Central (AL) Development – Core
Develop and maintain Business Central extensions using AL (tables, pages, codeunits, reports, queries).
Handle upgrades, refactoring, testing, deployment and production support
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions and perform performance tuning.
Business Central Security & Role Management
Power Platform Development & Management
Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for process automation and integrations.
Create Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Business Central (and other sources where required)
Other responsibilities
Support integrations via REST APIs across Business Central / Microsoft 365 / Azure components.
Provide support for SharePoint Online intranet & administration, Microsoft Teams administration, and Azure Database for MySQL (as supporting components to solutions).
Produce documentation, user guidance and provide application support as needed.
What we’re looking for
Degree in IT / Computer Science (or equivalent), with 3+ years relevant development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) customization / extensions.
Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps / Power Automate (Power BI experience is a plus).
Experience with REST APIs and structured SDLC practices.
Good problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
