Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Manage existing customer accounts and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Understand customers' production processes and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and application engineers to deliver complete solutions.
• Provide basic technical support before and after sales.
• Visit customer sites throughout Malaysia.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronic Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Mechanical Engineering
• Automation Engineering
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• 2–5 years of industrial automation sales experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred:
• PLC
• HMI
• Sensors
• Vision systems
• Industrial networking
• Load cells
• Process instrumentation
• Industry 4.0 / IIoT
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Responsibility :-

1. Maintain good relationship with regular visitation to existing dealers by promoting products to increase sales and market share.

2.To develop opportunities with new partnerships.

3. Established and maintained strong relationships with Dealers, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

4. Feedback with report on competitors pricing and Company products acceptance in the market.

5. Propose sales campaign to Marketing Team on customers expectation for sales improvement

6. Study market trend and understand competitors’ strategy in the given territory.

7. Monthly outstation travels Southern Region and East Malaysia.

Requirements :-

1.Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic

2. Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin and a common local dialect

3. Good communication and salesmanship skills

4. Good judgement skills and work independently

5. Monthly outstation - Southern Region / East Malaysia

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging user experiences, creating high-quality graphic assets, and supporting both digital and print production while ensuring consistency with the company's branding.

Requirements:-

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design work.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Design and develop creative website layouts aligned with the company's branding and game card products.
• Create engaging UI/UX designs to enhance user experience and customer interaction.
• Prepare digital artwork, mock-ups, and visual assets for game card printing and online platforms.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for both web and print production requirements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Production teams to ensure design accuracy and brand consistency.
• Maintain and update company website content, including product listings and promotional materials.
• Ensure website responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize graphics and web elements for fast loading speed and overall website performance.
• Handle basic front-end development tasks using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Ensure all designs comply with printing specifications, including colour profiles, resolution, and bleed settings.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, tools, and technologies.
