Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for Leaf CRM. This is a product-focused sales role where you will run the full sales cycle for Leaf CRM, from identifying and qualifying leads, to delivering product demos, to closing subscriptions and handing customers over for onboarding. The ideal candidate understands how SaaS and CRM products are bought and sold, communicates clearly, and has a track record of meeting sales targets.

What you will do

• Own the Leaf CRM sales pipeline: Research, identify, and qualify prospects across Malaysia and the wider region, and develop targeted strategies to approach and convert them.
• Run structured outreach campaigns: Work with lead providers and prospect lists to drive consistent outbound activity (cold calls, follow-ups, and book qualified demo appointments.)
• Deliver compelling Leaf CRM demos, lead trial conversations, prepare proposals and contracts, and close monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively map Leaf CRM features to each prospect's sales and workflow needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and referrals.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and reseller channels that extend Leaf CRM's reach.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs and feed market insights back into the product roadmap.
• Represent Leaf CRM at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build the brand and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and market trends.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably selling SaaS, CRM, or other technology products.
• Familiarity with how CRM and lead management tools support sales and marketing teams, and an understanding of the software and enterprise solutions landscape.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

• Melibatkan diri dalam penyediaan pemasangan, pemasangan, pentauliahan & penyelesaian masalah sistem keselamatan seperti CCTV, Sistem Akses Kad, sistem pemantauan penggera pintar dan sebagainya.
• Untuk terlibat dalam pengujian produk keselamatan dalaman dan pihak ke-3.
• Untuk membantu pelanggan menyelesaikan masalah teknikal.
• Untuk terlibat dalam servis produk keselamatan.
• Melaporkan status servis & pembaikan kepada penyelia masing-masing.
• Untuk membantu dalam penyediaan & penyerahan pelbagai laporan teknikal kepada penyelia masing-masing.
• Untuk menyediakan latihan sistem atau produk kepada pelanggan

• Kemahiran yang Diperlukan: Microsoft Office, Pengetahuan Teknikal dalam Sistem ELV, ICT dan komputer adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.

主要職責

• 行政支援：
• 管理前台事務，包括接聽電話和接待客人。
• 整理和維護實體和電子文件系統（發票、收據和記錄）。
• 負責辦公室採購，例如訂購文具和茶水間用品。
• 與外部供應商（快遞員、清潔工和維修人員）協調。
• 人力資源協助：
• 協助招募流程，包括發布招募廣告和安排面試。
• 維護最新的員工記錄（休假管理、考勤和個人檔案）。
• 協調新進員工入職流程（準備工作站和員工證）。
• 彙總每月考勤數據，以協助薪資處理。

要求

• 教育背景：最低學歷為SPM、STPM或工商管理、人力資源或相關領域的文憑。
• 經驗：有 1-2 年辦公室行政工作經驗者優先（歡迎應屆畢業生申請）。
• 語言：精通英語和馬來語（會國語優先，視公司情況而定）。

技能：

• 熟悉微軟辦公室軟體（Word、Excel）。
• 具備1955年馬來西亞僱傭法令的基本知識。
• 較強的組織能力和注重細節。

What We Do  

We are focused on design and development of next generation firmware architecture and algorithms to deliver high performance and cost-efficient enterprise Hard Disk Drive (eHDD) products. As part of the globally diverse R&D team, you will be working in an Agile development environment with opportunity to learn and grow in multiple disciplines.   

This position is based in Western Digital Tech and Regional Center (M), which is a Center of Excellence located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. 

What You Will Do

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, integrate and maintain quality firmware for eHDD using best practices like unit test, CI and Agile methodologies.  
• Design and implementation of data structures, software algorithms, data path, and drivers for hardware cores using latest standards C++ and Python.   
• Participate in significant technical investigations from problem statement to conclusions.  
• Creates design documents pertinent to the various phases of firmware development. 
• Devise strategies for in-depth functionality and compatibility testing of complex drive features.
